Analgesie.nl promotes the Pain Relief app. We process as little personal data as possible and use data only for contact, website management, and the functioning of the app.
Which data may we process?
- Contact details that you enter yourself, such as your name, email address, and message.
- Technical data needed to load the website safely, such as IP address, browser information, and server logs.
- For your app account, we only register your email address. Names or nicknames in the app can be chosen by you and do not need to be your real names.
- App data that you enter yourself, insofar as needed for logging and visualising pain relief.
- Payment and subscription information through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we do not receive your full payment details.
What do we use data for?
- To answer questions sent through the contact form.
- To keep the website and app reliable, safe, and usable.
- To enable functions such as logging, visualisation, and subscription access.
Medical data
Only enter the data needed for your own overview. Analgesie is a supportive tool for visualisation and logging and does not replace medical advice or professional assessment.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Third parties may be used for hosting, email, app distribution, and payments, such as Cloudflare, Apple, and email providers. They process data under their own terms or under an appropriate processing agreement.
Retention and deletion
We do not keep contact messages longer than necessary to answer your question. App and subscription data are retained for as long as needed for the functioning of the app, administration, and legal obligations.
You can delete your account at any time in the app via More > Delete account.
