These terms describe the use of analgesie.nl and the Pain Relief app. They matter especially because the app may offer subscriptions and professional features.
No medical advice
Pain Relief is a supportive tool for logging, visualisation, and viewing expected effect. The app does not provide autonomous dosing advice, does not diagnose, and does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, package leaflet, packaging, local protocol, or professional assessment.
Your own responsibility
You remain responsible for the data you enter and for checking current information on packaging, the package leaflet, and with care professionals. Do not use the app in emergencies or when you are concerned about health; contact a care professional or emergency service instead.
Subscriptions
Home Plus and Professional may be offered as App Store subscriptions. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. The current price and subscription duration are shown in the App Store or in the app.
Availability
We aim to keep the website and app reliably available, but we cannot guarantee that all functions will always work without error or interruption. Functions may be changed, expanded, or removed.
Professional use
Professional features are intended to support explanation, visualisation, and comparison. Care professionals remain responsible for clinical assessment, policy, documentation, and communication with patients.
Intellectual property
The name, texts, design, visuals, and software of Analgesie and Pain Relief may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission, except where the law allows it.
